50 in da House.

From RollingStone.com:

Since we appreciate a good Popeye impression as much as anyone, we were perfectly delighted to see that 50 Cent had lent his name to Reebok's "I Am What I Am" ad campaign. Nay-sayers in Britain, however, seem to feel differently, and have lodged protests about print and television spots that play up the rapper-cum-target-practice-dummy's criminal past. The Disarm Trust has particular trouble with Reebok's use of fingerprint files from 50's official police records, not to mention a TV ad that shows him counting up to nine in order to remind viewers -- at least those who missed it the first few thousand times he mentioned it -- how many times he'd been shot. Perhaps Reebok could point to his progress in mathematics in order to retool the spot as an educational film . . .

HA.
