Knobler has a pretty good write up on Hedberg...
He has the highest save percentage in the league this season during the shootout (.923). But... and this is the awesomeness... he has the second highest all-time save percentage amongst all active goaltenders.
I always knew he was solid in the SO, but good lord.

Why didn't Bob Hartley keep him in the game almost 3 seasons ago at Philadelphia when he pulled Hedberg for Kari in the shootout?
I've still never forgiven Hartley for that one.
I will never understand that, nor will I understand him not starting Moose in game 3 of the playoffs. It's not like he had just stopped 37 of 39 shots the game before or anything.
Hartley, to me, is almost as much of a goalie killer as Keenan is.
That is one of my all time worst memories.
He and Slava are pretty much money in the shoot out. They might miss a few, but not many.
