Making a good impression...

Well, I guess it was a good impression. Or, well, the Blues pissed off a neutral country known for meatballs. The Blues dispatched the Linkoping HC of the Swedish Elite League 6-0, with goals from Perron, Cola(!), Berglund, Kariya (2), and Steen.

Believe it or not, the Blues used all three goalies (Mason, Conklin, and Bishop) in the game, and each turned in a stellar shut out period.

Next game is Friday at 3:00 (2:00 Central) against Detroit. Of course, because DirecTV hates hockey fans, I won't be able to see it. Luckily, they're broadcasting it on the scoreboard at Scottrade Center, so you guys can see it there... I guess I'll just have to go to Imagination Land to see it.
